How We Design & Fit Your Kitchen
A Simple, Stress-Free Process. From Showroom to Installation
At Kitchen Kit, we make creating your new kitchen simple. From your first showroom visit to final installation, everything is handled in-house. With hundreds of kitchens fitted across Cornwall and Devon, we focus on listening, planning and detail.
Our Step-by-Step Process
1. Free Showroom Consultation
Visit our showroom to meet a designer and explore layouts, finishes and appliances from brands like Nobilia, Ballerina, Masterclass, Neff, Siemens and Quooker. Bring your own plans or start from scratch – we’ll help every step.
2. Home Visit & Survey
If you’re ready to proceed, we’ll visit your home to take precise measurements and assess your space, ensuring a perfect fit for anything from compact galleys to large open-plan kitchens.
3. Personalised Design & Quote
We’ll design your kitchen with your chosen range, layout and appliances, providing detailed plans, 3D visuals and a clear quote. We refine the design until you’re fully confident.
4. Professional Installation
Once confirmed, your kitchen is installed by our in-house fitters, not contractors. We handle everything: cabinets, worktops, appliances, sinks, taps, plumbing, electrics, lighting and finishing touches.
5. Aftercare & Support
Our support continues after installation. For questions, adjustments or care advice, just call us. As a local family-run business, we provide personal service before, during and after your project.
“From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The team were friendly, professional and really took the time to understand our needs. The finished kitchen is both beautiful and practical, we get compliments on it all the time. It’s completely transformed how we use the space.”
