Located in the quiet village of Mount Hawke near Truro, this Mount Hawke Nobilia Kitchen transformation focused on introducing modern German design into a light-filled Cornish home. The brief was to create a contemporary space that felt fresh, clean, and highly functional. Above all, the client wanted a minimalist aesthetic that didn’t compromise on warmth or day-to-day usability.

At the heart of the design is the Nobilia Focus door in Alpine White High Gloss. This finish reflects light throughout the room, instantly making the space feel larger and brighter. Furthermore, the high-gloss surface adds a touch of modern sophistication while remaining easy to clean and maintain. To complement this, we installed Nobilia laminate worktops in a limestone finish—a warm, natural contrast that grounds the sleek cabinetry and introduces a subtle organic element.

What choices of Worktops & Surfaces can I use in a Nobilia Kitchen?

The choice of laminate limestone-effect worktops was both practical and stylish. These surfaces provide excellent durability and are perfect for busy homes.
